Which curriculum does the school follow?

We follow the Cambridge curriculum across all grades. 

Early Years 

Primary students follow the Cambridge Early Years and Primary framework, 

Grades 9–10 follow Cambridge IGCSE, and

 Grades 11–12 have the option of Cambridge A/AS Levels or IBDP.

What is the admission process?

Our admissions process is streamlined:

  • Submission of application form
  • Review of required documents
  • Student interaction/assessment
  • Payment of fees and confirmation of seat
  • Confirmation of placement

 

What documents are required?

  • Xerox copy of previous academic records/report cards
  • Two passport-size photographs of child and parents
  • Copy of extra-curricular certificates (if any)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
  • School Leaving Certificate (Original, for Grade 2 onwards, submitted on joining day)
  • Aadhaar card of child
  • Address proof or Aadhaar card of parents
  • PAN card of any one parent
  • Child’s blood group

 

When does the admission cycle commence?

The cycle begins in the month of October /November of the previous year.

Can students transfer from other boards?

Yes, students can transfer from IGCSE, CBSE, ICSE, or other international curricula.

What is the language of instruction?

All instruction and communication are in English.

Are scholarships or financial aid offered?

No, DY Patil International School does not provide scholarships or financial aid.

  • A/AS Levels: In-depth study of 4–5 subjects; flexible pacing; good for specialization.
  • IBDP: Holistic curriculum of 6 subjects; includes TOK, EE, CAS; promotes critical thinking and global awareness.

 

How does the school prepare students for university?

We conduct university fairs and have dedicated coordinators and counsellors to guide students for global and Indian higher education opportunities.

Which exam series does the school follow for high school students ?
